Professor Brian Livingston appointed Chair of the Department of Biological Sciences, 2008

Dr. Brian Livingston received his B.A. in Biology and his Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He completed further study in Developmental Biology in a postdoctoral position at the University of California, Berkeley. He hass been an Assistant and Associate Professor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and an Associate Professor at the University of South Florida, where he served as the Graduate Director of the Division of Cell Biology, Microbiology, and Molecular Biology.
