Preface:

The College staff with the help and advice of the Department Chairs has put together this guide for new faculty. Our collective goal in putting together this document is not to make our red tape more visible, but to try to make the transition to our institution and its sometimes complex procedures easier. We hope to facilitate getting things done. I urge new faculty to consult this document often and hope that they will find it a useful guide and resource.
