    Supports enhancement of undergraduate education and training at the intersection of biological and mathematical sciences to prepare students to pursue graduate study and careers in fields that integrate these disciplines. Provides long-term research experiences for interdisciplinary-balanced cohorts of at least four undergraduates to expose them to contemporary math and biology, addressed with modern research tools and methods.
